There are only three apartments left on Veli Vrh - Kapeleri!
Out of a total of 16 apartments from our recent project VELI VRH KAPELERI 1, only 3 apartments remain for reservation and purchase. These are 1 two-bedroom apartment (S002) on the 1st floor of building 4 of 59.05 m2 and one parking space with prices of 129.900 eur.
While on the second floor of buildings 3 and 4 customers can book and buy two extra large three bedroom penthouses (S004) of 127,96 m2 equipped with two bathrooms and utility room and two covered parking spaces on the ground floor.
The price of an individual penthouse is 235.000 euros. All apartments also have a storage room of 3.2 m2 on the ground floor of buildings with a separate entrance and internal smart lighting.
