We bring 3D visualization of the terrace and outdoor heated pools as well as information on the installation of the most modern cooling and heating systems for both villas in Fažana (Fažana Deluxe Project).
In the following 3D visualizations, we bring the future appearance of the space of terraces and outdoor heated pools in villas by the sea from the FAŽANA DELUXE project. The views shown evoke the future performance of the space around the pool and terrace through views from the inside (inside the building) to get the maximum experience of the outdoor space and a relaxing effect - enjoyment of the property for future owners and users.
The main project envisages modern and autonomous heating and cooling systems inside the villas, through the implementation of underfloor heating in living rooms and bathrooms, further cooling and air conditioning of all villa spaces in summer and heating in winter using state-of-the-art heat pump systems and high efficiency recuperators air in walk-in bathrooms.
The start of construction of villas in Fažana is planned for the ninth month of 2022, while the move of future buyers is planned for April-May 2023, before the summer season 2023.
