VALSALINE VERUDA APARTMENTS is a new project to build a multi-apartment building (basement + ground floor + 3 floors) with a total of 14 apartments in an extremely attractive location in the city district of Pula (Valsaline Veruda) with a sea view and close to all relevant amenities for quality living and entertainment.
The project envisages the construction of a multi-apartment building in which there will be; three apartments with a net area of 42 - 55 m2 on the ground floor (two-bedroom and one-bedroom apartments), five apartments with a net area of 34 - 55 m2 on the first floor of the building (two-bedroom and one-bedroom apartments), five apartments with a net area of 34 - 55 m2 on the second floor of the building (two-bedroom and one-bedroom apartments), one apartment with a net area of 112 m2 on the third floor of the building (three-bedroom apartment).
