Valdebek Wings - construction of apartment buildings with 8 apartments

Multi-apartment buildings (two connected buildings) were built in 2021 in the Valdebek settlement, a suburb near the city of Pula.
Each separate building consists of 4 residential units located on the ground floor, first and second floors with a net area of 40 - 110 m2 per apartment. Each apartment has its own parking space within the building and a storage room.
The apartments are equipped with inverter air conditioners in all rooms of the apartments, including the living room (each air conditioner has one outdoor and one indoor unit), high-quality Italian ceramics and laminates in the rooms, while the bathrooms have underfloor heating. All bathrooms are equipped with a "turnkey" system with all the necessary fittings, a "walk-in" shower, a toilet with a built-in cistern and a shell, as well as a floating sink with shelves for storing things.
For the built multi-residential buildings, a high energy certificate A+ and a buildings use permit were obtained.
