Veli Vrh Paganor 2 - construction of multi-apartment buildings with 12 apartments

Project description

Multi-apartment buildings (two connected buildings and one separate building) were built in 2021 in the Veli Vrh Paganor settlement, a neighborhood at the very entrance to the city of Pula.

Each separate building consists of 4 residential units located on the ground floor, first and second floors with a net area of 40 - 115 m2 per apartment. Each apartment has its own parking space within the building and a storage room of 2 m2.

The apartments are equipped with inverter air conditioners in all rooms of the apartments, including the living room (each air conditioner has one outdoor and one indoor unit), high-quality Italian ceramics and laminates in the rooms, while the bathrooms have underfloor heating. All bathrooms are equipped with a "turnkey" system with all the necessary fittings, a "walk-in" shower, a toilet with a built-in cistern and a shell, as well as a floating sink with shelves for storing things.

Laminated glass railings are placed on the balconies of the apartments on the first and second floors as a functional and decorative element of the building's design.

High energy certificate A was obtained for the built multi-residential buildings, while the buildings use permit is in the process.
