Medulin Superior - Construction of modern apartment buildings with 8 luxury apartments
Project description
The Medulin Superior project is one of our newer projects in which a complex of four modern buildings will be built on a very attractive residential-tourist location in Medulin, directly along the sea (50 m).
Each floor on 1 and 2 floors in the building D will consist of three apartments of a square footage of 50 m2 to 75 m2, equipped with a bathroom, an Open Concept living space, spacious bedrooms, while on the ground floor of the building D there will be two apartments (Studio Apartment 48 m2 and one bedroom apartment 59 m2) with spacious terraces of 39 m2 up to 45m2.
Each apartment will be attributed to one or two parking spaces depending on the square footage of the apartment along the area with the building itself and the green spaces in the buildings, which will visually raise the total so -called superior impression of these modern buildings incorporated in attractive space.
