Veli Vrh Paganor 3 - Construction of multi-apartment buildings with 24 apartments

Project description

The Veli Vrh Paganor III project is a continuation of our successful construction in the new Brist settlement at the very entrance to the city of Pula, close to all relevant amenities for a quality life. The project envisages the construction of six multi-apartment buildings (with 4 apartments in each building), which will allow maximum discretion for future tenants and offer a lot of personal space to each of our customers.
The apartments will be furnished; inverter air conditioners in all rooms, including the living room (each air conditioner will have one outdoor and one indoor unit), high-quality Italian ceramics and laminates in the rooms that the apartment owners will be able to choose, while in the bathrooms it is planned to install el. floor heating. All bathrooms will be equipped with a "turnkey" system with all the necessary fittings, a "walk in" shower, a toilet with a built-in cistern and a toilet bowl, electric. flow boiler, as well as a floating sink with shelves for storing things.
With the purchase of each apartment, customers also get a storage room on the ground floor of the building for storing things, as well as a numbered parking space in the vicinity of the building. For spacious apartments on the ground floor, it will be possible to register a part of the garden in the ownership of the apartment and/or exercise the right of use through an easement.
On the balconies of the buildings on the 1st and 2nd floors, the installation of laminated glass fences is planned, which will further increase the attractiveness of the buildings themselves.Building No. 2 has received high energy certificates A, A+ because the building was built with controlled quality of construction work as well as the selection of top-quality certified materials, the selection of the EXP insulation system with expanded polystyrene and quality plaster, along with the selection of top-quality PVC joinery and IZO glass filled with argon. High energy certificates are also expected for all other buildings (1, 3, 4, 5 and 6)

The project has been implemented 2025, electricity and water connections are expected soon.
