Veli Vrh Kapeleri 1 - Construction of multi-apartment buildings with 16 apartments

With the project Veli Vrh KAPELERI 1, the company MODULAR STANOGRADNJA d.o.o. continued the successful construction of multi-apartment buildings in an attractive location at the very entrance to the city of Pula in the Veli Vrh - Kapeleri settlement, close to all relevant facilities for a quality life.
The project built four multi-apartment buildings (two independent and one connected building with 4 apartments in each building), which allowed maximum discretion for future tenants.
All the apartments that were built as part of the Veli Vrh KAPELERI 1 project are two-room apartments on the ground floor and on the first floor of buildings and three-room apartments on the second floor of buildings with an excellent layout of rooms with excellent flow between them.
All apartments are equipped; inverter air conditioners in all rooms, including the living room (each air conditioner has one outdoor and one indoor unit), top-quality Italian ceramics and laminates in the rooms chosen by the apartment buyers, while the bathrooms are equipped with el. underfloor heating. All bathrooms are equipped with a "turnkey" system with all the necessary fittings, a "walk in" shower, a built-in toilet with a cistern and a toilet bowl, electric. flow boiler, as well as a floating sink with shelves for storing things.
With the purchase of each apartment, customers also get a storage room on the ground floor of the building for storing things, as well as a numbered parking space within the building. For spacious apartments on the ground floor, it will be possible to register part of the garden in the ownership of the apartment and/or exercise the right to use it through an easement.
In the penthouses of all four buildings, electric motors are installed for raising aluminum blinds on large sliding and folding walls in the living rooms, while in the penthouse in building 1, according to the customer's special request, a hot water heating system is installed in the entire apartment and all rooms with heat pumps.
On the balconies of the buildings on the 1st and 2nd floor, high-quality laminated glass fences with a certificate were installed, which further increased the attractiveness of the buildings themselves and the aesthetic impression, and the buildings now look originally as in the 3D renders.
The connection of all buildings to the e-energy connection is in progress, while the water and sewage connections were solved earlier. All the necessary documentation is being prepared by the chief engineer of the construction site, and it is expected that the use permit for all buildings will be obtained in a few months, i.e. at the end of 2024.
High energy certificates A, A+ were obtained for all buildings because the buildings were built in a controlled quality of execution of construction works as well as the selection of top-quality attested materials, the selection of the building insulation system with EXP with expanded polystyrene and quality plaster with the selection of top-quality PVC carpentry and IZO glass filled argon.
